Shipping Policy

Shipping rates are subject to change based on carrier pricing and service adjustments. Beauty Choice Universal reserves the right to update shipping fees accordingly. 

Orders over $100 will automatically have signature requirements and cannot be modified, so please plan accordingly.

Orders placed before 12pm Pacific Standard Time (PST) zone, generally ship the same day. In the event of high order volume, the order will be shipped the following business day regardless of shipping speed chosen.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier operations, holidays, and destination.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information as well as update tracking emails until your order has been delivered.

Shipping Protection & Lost Package Policy

Beauty Choice Universal LLC is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once an order has left our Fulfillment Suite. We are unable to issue refunds or replacements for orders that are lost after leaving our Fulfillment Suite.  

Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for delays, damages, or losses caused by USPS, FedEx, or any other carrier, as these situations are beyond our control.

If tracking information shows that your package has been delivered, it is not eligible for a claim. Only one claim may be filed per order, and submission of a claim does not guarantee approval.

If you are shipping an item to us that is over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
