Return Policy

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on our products. If you receive your hair extensions and are not happy how they look or feel you may return them to us for your money back minus shipping if applicable. Any hair extensions that have been altered, washed or worn in any way will not qualify to be returned. We honor this for up to 30 days after purchase (30 days = date package left our Fulfillment Suite date return is received). Orders returned after 30 days will be sent back to the customer.

Hair must be in the original state the same as it was sent to you. Please note that bundle deals are sold as a single item and all items included in the original deal must be returned to be eligible for a refund. 

Not the style you were looking for and wanted to exchange to something else? No problem! Just send it back to us!

We do not refund shipping charges.

For altered products (bundles are unwrapped / extensions have been worn) all sales are final. This applies to both online and in-store purchases.

Please note that our online store is separate from our Fulfilment Suite, therefore online orders cannot be returned for in-store credit, and they must be refunded to their original form of payment. Online orders cannot be exchanged at the physical location.

We cannot issue refunds or replacements for lost orders. We are also not responsible for carrier delays or damages (USPS, FedEx, etc.), as these are beyond our control.

Packages marked as delivered are not eligible for claims. Only one claim per order is allowed, and filing a claim does not guarantee approval.

If you are shipping an item to us that is over $150, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
